The Big Idea : 

Connecting the heart of the existing home to the outdoor landscape

Client Aspiration : 

The client came to us seeking a redesign of the heart of their home. The heart which houses the kitchen, living room and home office were obstructing each other with interior walls and a poor plan configuration. Upon entering, the home felt claustrophobic and hidden.

Our Guidance : 

By removing most of the interior walls and adding large sliding glass doors to the open landscape, the heart of the home connected itself from the front to the rear yard maximizing the space. After re-designing the space the home was able to breathe.
